1. Publisher and scope

The publisher is Cen Medya Limited Şirketi; Cen Medya is its service brand. Visitors and form users must comply with these terms and applicable law.

These terms govern website use only. Scope, fees, delivery, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality and liability for commissioned services are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between the parties.

2. Nature of site information

Service, project, reference and editorial content is general information. It is not by itself a binding offer, warranty, commitment, or legal or financial advice. Project-specific terms appear in the written proposal or agreement.

We aim to keep content accurate and current, but industries, platforms, pricing, law and third-party services change. Material errors may be reported to [email protected].

3. Contact, project requests and proposals

Submitting a form, sending an email or attending a meeting does not automatically create a service agreement. Receipt of a request does not guarantee acceptance, timing, budget or results.

A contractual relationship begins only when authorised parties agree the scope and commercial terms and validly accept the applicable proposal or agreement. Information submitted must be accurate and shared by a person authorised to do so.

4. User responsibilities

• Do not use the site unlawfully, deceptively, threateningly or in a way that infringes another person’s rights
• Do not introduce malware, automate abusive requests, scrape data, test security without permission, deny service or attempt unauthorised access
• Do not send unnecessary sensitive data, passwords, payment-card details or unauthorised third-party data through forms
• Hold the rights and permissions necessary for any brand, text, image, video, data or other material you provide
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation, and provide accurate contact information

5. Intellectual property

Rights in the site design, software, text, graphics, marks, photographs, videos, presentations and other Cen Medya content belong to Cen Medya or the relevant rightsholder.

Without written permission, content may not be commercially copied, republished, adapted, converted into a dataset or collected in bulk for artificial-intelligence training. Standard search-engine indexing and limited uses permitted by mandatory law remain unaffected.

6. References and confidentiality

Published brands and work examples are shown under relevant permissions, public information or contractual rights. Third-party marks belong to their owners; display does not itself imply partnership, endorsement or warranty.

Clients, projects and results subject to confidentiality obligations are not published. Report a suspected rights or confidentiality issue with supporting information to [email protected].

7. Third-party services

The site may link to or embed Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo, WhatsApp, client sites and project sites. Their content, availability, security, privacy and cookie practices are controlled by their providers. A link does not mean Cen Medya endorses every third-party statement or activity.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

The site may be interrupted for maintenance, security, force majeure, infrastructure or third-party reasons. Cen Medya may change, restrict or remove content and functions for security or legal compliance.

Subject to mandatory law, Cen Medya does not warrant that this free website is uninterrupted or error-free and is not liable for indirect loss caused by decisions based solely on general site content or by third-party services. Fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence and liability that cannot lawfully be limited are excluded from this limitation.

9. Governing law, disputes and updates

Turkish law governs these terms. Subject to mandatory consumer, data-protection and jurisdiction rules, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. A separately signed agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
